Recently we were referred to Alex Warren from Mango Wealth Creation. We were experiencing very challenging times in our business that had been operating very successfully for sixteen years. Like many businesses, our cash flow had gone from being very strong to suffering during the global financial crisis.
The most challenging thing we faced was to face up to our reality. This is where Alex stepped in and took the time to look at what we had been doing, and how we had been doing it. Cash flow was our major hurdle, and Alex asked the hard questions in order to analyze our business and work out a forward strategy.
Debt consolidation was the first step, and from there Alex constructed a formula to deal with one issue at a time as opposed to many. He provided options with various banking institutions and assisted us to make the best choice for our position. Fifteen months later we have managed our cash flow and are moving back to a profitable position.
This was only the first step in the process. From this point, all elements of our business were under review, from all the expenses that drastically needed attention, to diversifying the business and liquidating underperforming assets.
In addition our current Insurances were reviewed and it was determined we needed major changes to meet our current requirements. This has all been undertaken by Alex and his team from Mango Wealth Creation and we are now moving forward to a less stressful life in both business and personally.
